Welcome to Touch Earth Reiki House

My name is Larissa. I grew up in beautiful Hope BC where I am privileged to continue to live, work and now grow my own family.

I love to garden and preserve food. I enjoy spending my time camping, swimming, and relaxing with friends. 

I learned to use Reiki energy in 2023 but have felt a tug towards energy work for longer.

Reiki is a time-honoured Japanese method of healing through relaxation. Reiki means universal life force, and is an energy that powers growth and renewal in all things. 

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy that promotes relaxation, growth, reflection, renewal and ultimately healing. Reiki supports wellbeing in all areas of our life: physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental.

I call my business Touch Earth Reiki House because I believe that a connection to the feminine energy of the Earth is essential for healing. The Earth connects us as a community to each other and the environment around us. 

The Earth endlessly gives us everything we need to thrive: food, creativity, connection, medicine, humility, purpose and more.
